Seven IAS officers reshuffled in Andhra

In a minor bureaucratic reshuffle, the Government of Andhra Pradesh transferred seven Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers.Senior IAS officer SP Singh, who was waiting for posting, has been appointed Principal Secretary (Transport) in Transport, Roads and Buildings Department.

New Delhi: In a minor bureaucratic reshuffle, the Government of Andhra Pradesh transferred seven Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers.

Senior IAS officer SP Singh, who was waiting for posting, has been appointed Principal Secretary (Transport) in Transport, Roads and Buildings Department.

He will replace K Ratna Prabha, who has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary in Information Technology and Communication Department.

According to the notification, Medak district Joint Collector Rama Shankar Naik has been posted as Collector and District Magistrate of Kurnool district.

His predecessor Mukesh Kumar Meena has been appointed as Managing Director of Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh.

Vani Mohan who was waiting for posting, has been posted as Director of Youth Services in the existing vacancy.

Similarly, Syed Omar Jaleel, who is waiting for posting, has been appointed Director of Backward Classes Welfare relieving M Purushotham Reddy from full additional charge of the post.

Conservator of Forests MC Pargain has been transferred and appointed as the Special Secretary for AP Pollution Control Board.

Shripad Bhale Rao, who is currently posted as Special Chief Secretary for Public Enterprises Department has been appointed Chairman of the AP Rajiv Swagruha Corporation Limited.

Consequently, Shalini Mishra has been redesignated as Managing Director, AP Rajiv Swagruha Corporation Limited.
