My sister Rita Banerjee is physically handicapped since last 15 years and is unable to earn anything for herself. She has ailing father, ailing mother and unemployed brother. Is any kind of monthly pension available from your end.

My friend's mother is a widow. Her husband died in 1999, leaving her a shop which she has sold now. She does some part time work for living. How can you support her and what is the procedure for the same she has got 3 son & one daughter all married. Pls reply as soon as possible Regards

This is a very good plan specially for providong them training. This will help them make self relianent and confidence in leading a better life.

The proposed pension scheme for widows should also be extended to widows of Varanasi and Vrindaban and the pension amount should be Rs 1000 per month irrespective of age or caste or any category. The welfare of widows of Vrindaban and Varanasi should be given top priority by the Government.
