Goa to raise special tourist security force
The Goa Tourism Department is in the process of raising a special tourist security force in the wake of crimes against tourists in the state especially foreign women tourists. Speaking to reporters in Panaji on Tuesday, state Tourism Minister Mickky Pacheco said the force would comprise ex-servicemen specially recruited to safeguard the lakhs of tourists who visit Goa annually.

This is very good idea to relate all district information to Bihar Government. On this idea e-Governance system will be improve and this is transparent for all.
It will be good idea to stop corruption in e-gov project
I think it is good idea to stop corruption of BSWAN related project. I have worked in BSWAN and I found it is running smoothly on papers only. Bihar government doesn't know that what is happening beside these all project.
Most of employee of BSWAN, BRAIN-DC,SECLAN,E-SHAKTI are really don't was is happening elsewhere and are at the mercy of God.
