Dear sir,
I am from a village named Fursungi near Pune city.A builder has purchased land about 200 hectares near our land .Unfortunately we fall in middle of his new property. He is using all means for putting pressure on us to sell our land which is our source of living. He is denying to pay us our expected money. We are feeling helpless as he is scaring us of acquiring our land with the help of the government. We have no knowledge about SEZ rules of aquisition. Please can you help us.
respected sir
i am pursuing law corse and i agree with your opinion. i believe its a perfect judgement because our farmer does not understand the meaning of SEZ.
thanks

Thanks to Dr Kalam for his innovative ideas in partnering the people in the economic development. The strategies should be taken into consideration. There are lot of models in this process. One way is to give benefits to the landowners in correlation with the post developmental scenerio of the region and the boost of the market value acquired in that region.
When we suppport for the SEZ growth we must think of our agro industry running out of the hands of the millions of poor agricultural farmers. Within a decade we may face a situation of dependance on the corporate food grains. It will be a disastorus for us, especially Indians will suffer a lot. So we must think, Respect, Protect, Fulfill the needs of all the farmers of this Agricultural Country.
Thanks for the good sugestion Dr Kalam. Let me take this opportunity to call and appeal to the great man of this country to give voices to the Poor Marginalised Farmers of this country, with out them we cannot survive.
One more to Dr Kalam, please reconsider your views on the atomic energy and the development. The world is advocating for the clousure of atomic power stations but the great amn is still for atoms.

What former President Dr. APJ Abdul said is the right option to make people partner in progress and development especially on SEZs. I trust the government will reconsder this process instead of purchasing the cultivable land.
